Retail Chains

Some larger retail chains want everything possible branded, and therefore ask us for a full private label brand, while others just need a solid agent program.

ISI can handle the needs of large retailers in many ways:

  • EDI integration to the retailers point of sale system can allow subscribers to make payments at any of the retailer's locations, with an instant update to our systems.
  • We can provide a fully branded private label solution, one of our existing house brands, or something between the two - we can create a brand only offered through that one retailer, but not "connected" to their name. This solution is ideal when the core business of the retailer does not match up well with technology services, and their customers would find it odd that they were offering something like digital telephone service.
  • On any of our brands we can track sales to the individual store, and when appropriate the individual associate level. This tracking is not just for the initial sale, but tracks the growing subscriber base and the recurring residual commissions.
  • We can pay all commissions to the retailer so they can use our detailed reporting to pay out any appropriate commissions to the store or associate level, or ISI can pay all commissions directly! We can also handle split commissions - where some percentage goes to the store or associate and some to the parent company.
For most large retail chains Digital Telephone Service is an ideal add-on product. It is the hottest new product out there and generates recurring revenue for the retailer.
