Retail Private Label

ISI has a wide array of products and services to fit the small business/retail arena. Because so many computer stores, repair centers and other retailers do not yet have e-commerce capable web sites with shopping carts, we have recently enhanced our system to fill this void. We can provide you with a complete e-commerce web site with a versitile shopping cart, which handles all signup, recurring billing and previsioning of the services sold. We are currently working on enhancements to allow our clients to load their own products into our system and offer them through our shopping cart.

We have several house brands for those who do not wish to private label, or we can build a brand for you. Your net profit is the same either way - but with your own brand you have full control over end-user pricing, and your name is connected to every transaction.

• You can just market and promote the services and have us handle all subscriber billing, or you can collect payments in your store - and we can combine the two options, with you accepting walk in payments, and ISI handling recurring billing of credit card and ACH customers.
• ISI can handle all technical support and customer service, or you can handle them - or split the difference...we handle technical support 24x7 and you handle customer service and billing.
• You can stock inventory of the phone equipment, or we can drop ship.
• You can select all or part of our product and service offerings - if you only want to offer Digital Internet Phones and not dial-up Internet access that is fine.
• Whether on a private label brand or a house brand you have detailed reporting to know exactly what is happening with your customers, and on a private label brand you have full control over those customers - you can add, change and delete customers and services at will.
• Every time a dial-up subscriber connects to the Internet, or any subscriber uses the "my account" portal to manage their services that subscriber will visit your web site, increasing their awareness of what you offer.
• If you need an e-commerce web site we can provide one, or you can link to our on-line signup from your existing site.

Let's look at some examples:

• A cell phone store might only want to carry pre-paid phone cards and Digital Internet Phone service and equipment, and may want to accept walk in payments, but have ISI handle all technical support and customer service.
• A computer store may want to offer all our services and build a private label brand so that they can show their other products on the member portal. That store may want to handle all the technical support (in order to use the opportunity to upsell the caller!). The dial-up Internet dialer and Digital Internet Phone software could be pre-loaded on every computer they sell!
• A chain of check cashing stores might want a private label brand, but only offer pre-paid phone cards and pre-paid dial-up Internet.
