Who we are is defined not by what we say, but by what we do...and do not do. So let's start with that.
We
do not outsource work overseas.
Our call center and technical services are in Columbus, Ohio. We pride
ourselves on providing top quality customer service and technical
support at low cost by using well trained staff and excellent knowledge
base tools instead of using cheap labor. You get what you pay for.
We
do not consider the minimum wage to be a living wage.
At this time our
lowest paid, hourly employee makes $9.50 per hour. We pay well and

Who We Are
ISI is a five year old privately held company based in Columbus, Ohio.
We
are a Private Label service provider in the Internet Access and Digital
telephone Service (also know as VoIP or Voice Over IP) arenas. Our core business is to turn up and help operate brands for other
companies. We also have a number of "house Brands" for people who do
not need or want a brand created for them. We currently operate over 400 different brands in the ISP and Digital Telephone industries.
We work equally well
with for-profit and non-profit clients, large and small clients,
corporate buyers and retailers. Our largest clients are national labor
unions and universities, but we also have many sole-proprietorships as
clients and agents.
Although ISI does offer wholesale services
for clients who wish to drive billing through their existing systems
(generally Broadband providers and telephone companies), our true focus is
our turnkey solutions. Our clients do not need any technical staff,
servers or software. You market the service, we handle everything else!
Executive Team
John Scully, Chief Technology Officer, CTO and President
John
brings to ISI years of computer science and marketing expertise from
starting and running a successful ISP business. His knowledge and
expertise will keep ISI at the forefront of emerging developments in
computer science and consumer applications of those technologies.
Stephan West, Chief Exective Officer, CEO
Stephan
West brings to ISI a proven track record in growing a business and
developing overall business strategies that translate into revenue.
During
his tenure as CEO of ISI, ISI has enjoyed triple digit (percentage)
growth each year, and watched its overall gross margin double, standing
today at almost 45% of gross revenue.
Scott M. Grim, Director of Network Engineering
Scott
brings to ISI his proven expertise in network engineering that will
allow ISIPI to grow rapidly while maintaining top quality service to
its clients.
Rick Johnson, Vice President, Sales and Marketing
As
Vice President of Sales and Marketing Rick oversees the company's sales
and marketing efforts to all of ISI's residential and business
subscribers, through its national network of private label wholesale

Requirements:
- College Degree preferred
- Telecommunications Sales experience preferred, technology or service sales
experience mandatory.
